Once singer for a punk band, Jeffery began dabbling in the acting world through dabbling paint on theatre scenery. A theatre production soon found Jeffery on stage as the Duke, the prison tough in Man of La Mancha, in addition to creating the performance and theatre company logos. On stage opportunity came again through a separate company playing Bill Sykes in Oliver. Now typecast as villain, Jeffery was an easy match for curmudgeon Detective Brown in The Arrow & String.

Jeffery is a proud resident of Windsor West along with his beautiful wife Caroline, three great kids (who also appear in the movie), and the lovable “Grandpa Bernie”.
